Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the store manager in overseeing sales, operations, asset protection, human resources, customer service, associate training, inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and store compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to travel throughout the district, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation starts at $19.50 and goes up to $24.40 per hour, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits available.
