Description
The Assistant Manager - Spa will run the spa department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, support and guide staff, ensure services meet approved performance and service-sequence standards, and anticipate guest needs to build lasting spa relationships. The role ideally requires a university degree or diploma in spa management and/or hospitality or tourism management, at least two years of experience as an Assistant Spa Manager or Team Leader, and an aesthetic qualification in treatments and training is advantageous.
