Description
The Assistant Manager, Sterile Processing will lead daily operations, decontamination, wrapping, sterilization, infection control, instrumentation, and quality compliance for Cedars-Sinai’s Sterile Processing Department. The role oversees supervisors and staff, supports staffing, budgeting, performance management, recruitment, and educational development, and collaborates with Operating Room leaders and the Sterile Processing Manager. A high school diploma or GED, five years of progressive supervisory and sterile processing experience, and CRCST certification are required.
