Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and serves as Manager-on-Duty when the General Manager is absent. The role leads sales and customer service, develops and trains associates, manages payroll and company assets, maintains inventory and visual standards, and represents Veronica Beard’s fashion and styling standards. It is based in Tampa and requires at least two years of retail management experience in women’s apparel or a related field, along with flexible scheduling, strong communication and observation skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends.
