Halfords is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager - Technical in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne to work alongside the Centre Manager, support technicians in the workshop, and assist with sales and customer service. The role requires hands-on mechanical experience or similar management experience, technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, workshop operations knowledge, health and safety compliance, communication and organisational skills, IT proficiency, and a full driving licence. The position offers a base salary of £34,000, uncapped monthly bonuses, and benefits including annual leave, GP access, pension, and training opportunities.
