Halfords is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager (Technical) in Hull to work alongside the Centre Manager and support workshop profitability, customer experience, sales, and customer service. The role divides time between the workshop and assisting with daily operations, requiring hands-on mechanic experience or similar management experience, technical and mechanical knowledge, workshop operations expertise, health and safety compliance, communication, IT, organisational, and driving-licence skills. The position offers a base salary of £34,000 plus an uncapped bonus scheme, with benefits including annual leave, discounts, GP access, pension, and training opportunities.
