Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring candidates for an Assistant Manager training and development program intended to promote successful participants into the General Manager role. The position oversees restaurant operations, staffing, scheduling, customer service, food quality, team development, costs, inventory, cash controls, sales, compliance, and cleanliness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. General Manager compensation after promotion is $25.00–$27.00 per hour plus a performance bonus of up to 2% of store sales. The role requires availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers paid training, health insurance, paid sick leave, and optional dental and vision plans.
