Description
The Sherwin-Williams Assistant Manager Trainee Program is an accelerated, entry-level position preparing current employees for a Store Management role in 18–24 months. The trainee works approximately 44 hours per week, including evenings and/or weekends, and supports store sales, customer service, operations, compliance, merchandising, employee development, and commercial sales.
