Description
The Treasury Operations Manager will lead a growing centralized treasury team responsible for day-to-day money movement for Gen II clients, implement and support the treasury management platform, manage payment instructions and client escalations, oversee treasury processes and controls, provide training, and liaise with client banks. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and at least five years of operations experience in finance or banking; supervisory experience and SWIFT familiarity are desired. The role is based in the Southampton office with possible Agile working arrangements.
