Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees multi-shift warehouse and yard operations, including inventory control, space and equipment utilization, inbound and outbound throughput, WMS updates, staffing and shift planning, productivity, quality, safety, audits, and customer service. The role manages warehouse teams, coordinates with transport, HR, and other departments, and is responsible for meeting customer KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets. It requires 8–12 years of experience managing large warehouses, multiple clients or SKUs, blue-collar manpower, picking and packing activities, and modern warehousing systems.
