Description
The Assistant Controller – Manufacturing will support a Cleveland-area advanced-metals manufacturer with monthly and year-end GAAP close, manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, WIP and inventory analysis, margin analysis, external audit readiness, internal controls and SOX readiness, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and ERP implementation. The role also involves building and leading a growing accounting team and partnering with operations, engineering, and finance leadership. It is a fully onsite, Monday–Friday position requiring a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least five years of manufacturing or cost-accounting experience, ERP and advanced Excel proficiency, and U.S. eligibility under ITAR; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not provided.
