Farm Boy is hiring a Department Manager to work with the Department Manager to deliver customer service and operational excellence in a fresh-food department. The role includes coaching and developing team members, leading team huddles, supporting daily operations, managing inventory and administrative functions, and ensuring compliance with food-handling and health and safety policies. Candidates need post-secondary education with a business emphasis, at least one year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, computer software experience, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
