Description
Mortenson is hiring an Assistant MEP Superintendent to coordinate and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trade contractors and craft team members on complex construction projects. The role manages labor, schedules, equipment, materials, safety, quality control, worker training and performance, and project activities from development through closeout. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of construction supervision and management experience, electrical circuitry qualifications or the ability to obtain them, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office and project/web application proficiency, a current driver's license, and legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The base salary is $95,700–$129,200 per year, with location-based increases for certain offices and eligibility for an incentive plan.
