Hill House Home is hiring an Assistant Merchandise Planner for its New York team to support pre-season and in-season financial planning, reporting, inventory allocation, replenishment, sell-through and stock coverage analysis, markdown and pricing recommendations, product launches, and cross-functional business reviews. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field, at least two years of merchandise planning or allocation experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across retail and e-commerce teams. Estimated annual compensation is $60,000–$70,000 plus additional compensation.
