Assistant Mill Controller at PCA

The role reports to the Mill Admin/Controller Manager, provides guidance to accounting staff, and collaborates with mill management and other company areas. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5–7 years of accounting experience, knowledge of GAAP and internal controls, and experience with general ledger systems and Microsoft Office. The starting salary is $96,000 to $144,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave benefits.
