Description
The Supervisor Nursing role at Southside Medical Center assists with supervising and coordinating administrative and operational activities while spending approximately half the time in clinical capacity and half on administrative support. The position leads nurses and clinical support, supports managers and directors, assists with unit and department planning and regulatory readiness, mentors staff, promotes safety and quality improvement, and may provide direct patient care. A current RN license is required; BLS is preferred, and unit-specific certifications may be required. The role requires two years of nursing experience, including at least one year of clinical experience in the desired acuity level, with charge nurse or management experience preferred. The salary range is $43.49 to $69.58.
