Description
The Assistant Nurse Manager for CSICU serves as a clinical leader and registered professional nurse, providing patient care, patient experience, quality and safety, operations, staffing, budget, regulatory compliance, staff development, and shared governance oversight. The role supports the Nurse Manager and may assume the Nurse Manager's responsibilities when absent. It requires a Bachelor of Science in nursing, at least three years of clinical nursing experience, relevant clinical competence, BLS and ACLS certification, and current New York State registered nurse registration. The position is based at Mount Sinai Hospital and offers an annual salary range of $132,411.29 to $153,840.32.
