Description
The Inpatient Nursing Supervisor oversees and coordinates nursing activities for patient care in an inpatient setting, establishes priorities, resolves operational issues, enforces departmental and regulatory standards, and drives cost savings and process improvements. The role requires RN licensure in California, BLS and ACLS certification, a nursing degree, and five years of inpatient acute-care and progressive nursing leadership experience. It is a full-time, regular, exempt position scheduled Monday through Friday with weekends as needed, and pays $207,750.40 to $290,825.60 annually.
