The role combines personal care, delegated health and medical care, documentation, and collaboration with residents and colleagues with staffing, resource planning, short-term absence coverage, and administrative work in Heroma and Appva. Applicants must be qualified assistant nurses with protected professional titles, have elderly-care experience, strong computer and Swedish skills, and be able to prioritize and collaborate; coordination or staffing-planning experience is advantageous. The position includes weekend work and offers a wellness allowance.
