The Assistant Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-outlet food and beverage department across restaurant, bar, and lounge areas in Skipton. The role manages service standards, staff and rosters, guest satisfaction, food safety and health compliance, revenue growth, and collaboration with kitchen, sales, and events teams. It is a deputy-head-of-department position requiring an experienced restaurant or senior F&B leader, with flexibility for evenings and weekends and a preferred UK driving licence.
