Ryder is immediately hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in North Lake, Texas for its Supply Chain Solutions division. The role oversees day-to-day operations and account management, leads direct reports, manages staffing, planning, scheduling, health and safety, and regulatory compliance, and supports critical customer network disruptions. The position requires an H.S. diploma or GED, two years of relevant supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry experience, one year of direct supervisory or leadership experience, and advanced proficiency in MS Office, logistics industry knowledge, regulations, manufacturing and production, and supply chain management. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with a $75,000 annual salary and up to $1,000 per quarter in retention bonuses.
