Select Water Solutions is hiring a full-time Assistant Operations Manager for its Containment business unit. The role supports the Operations Manager by coordinating field activities, managing employees and jobs, overseeing transportation fleet safety and maintenance, reviewing trip reports, scheduling repairs, maintaining equipment and inventory, responding to emergency call-outs, and controlling maintenance costs. The position requires a valid driver’s license, MS Office proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and 5–10 years of related work experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but relevant experience may substitute.
