Pregis is hiring a full-time, hourly, non-exempt Assistant Operator in its Production department. The role supports the Operator and Assistant Operator by completing quality checks, producing orders according to specifications, managing supplies and consumables, grinding scrap, maintaining solvent, glue, and oil areas, and keeping the work area clean and safe. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, and it involves rotating 12-hour shifts with six-hour Wednesdays, overtime, and physically demanding work in a hot, noisy manufacturing environment.
