Description
Shaw Renewables is hiring a full-time Assistant Operator at its Nova Scotia, Hardwood Lands location. The role supports plant operations through facility maintenance, quality-control testing, crew communication, issue reporting, documentation, and maintaining a clean work environment. The Assistant Operator may fill in as Plant Operator or Loader Operator and is responsible for safely and efficiently operating front-end loaders. The position requires manufacturing equipment experience, mechanical aptitude, shift work, teamwork, and the ability to work in hot or cold environments; front-end loader experience is an asset. Periodic overtime may be required.
