Description
The Assistant Order Experience Team Lead will lead and oversee an Order Experience team during the 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. afternoon or evening shift at dbrand’s warehouse. The role owns shift execution, picks, packs, and ships orders through the WMS and ERP, onboards and coaches team members, tracks productivity, resolves operational and interpersonal issues, and maintains safety and organizational standards. It requires at least two years of experience in a modern eCommerce warehouse, strong communication and computer skills, LEAN process knowledge, and the ability to coach and solve complex problems. The position pays $50,000–$55,000 per year and includes health, dental, vision, profit-sharing, and GRSP benefits.
