Description
The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the Outlet/F&B Manager across The Old Clare’s food and beverage operations, including the Clare Bar, Restaurant, and Pool Bar. The role oversees service standards, staffing, labour controls, compliance, guest experience, revenue generation, financial controls, reporting, and team development, while acting as a brand ambassador for the venue and EVT. Applicants need experience in high-volume, multi-outlet food and beverage operations, people-focused leadership, guest service, compliance and risk management, and collaborative teamwork.
