Description
The role oversees hotel staff and guest service, including team coordination, grooming and attire inspections, opening and closing duties, inventory, dining-room monitoring, maintenance work orders, and safety compliance. It also supports hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, and employee relations, while serving as a first point of contact for the company’s fair-treatment and open-door processes. The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, at least two years of related work experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience.
