This role involves leading teams, implementing growth strategies, managing inventory, ensuring food safety, analyzing sales data, collaborating with the culinary team, handling guest interactions, conducting staff training, and participating in budgeting.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years' experience in food and beverage management
successfully managing multiple outlets and driving business growth
Preferred Qualifications: luxury hotel or resort setting
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Proficiency in using point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English required; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages would be advantageous
Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and cuisine is a plus
University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Food safety certification is desirable
