Description
The Pharmacist-Manager supports the pharmacy team in day-to-day management and assumes leadership and ultimate responsibility when the supervising pharmacist is absent. The role covers pharmaceutical care, medication monitoring, compounded medicines, team coaching, intern liaison work, stock and pricing management, reimbursement processing, administrative follow-up, and compliance with pharmacy practice standards. Applicants must be licensed pharmacists with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and guidelines, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
