Description
The Assistant Planner manages merchandise distribution to stores, analyzes store-level and regional trends, executes seasonal and category allocations, monitors aging and expiring inventory, supports new-store inventory mixes, and coordinates with planning, purchasing, sales, and distribution teams. The role reports to the Senior Inventory Planner and requires analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred. The base salary is $65,000–$70,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) profit-sharing benefits.
