Description
The Assistant Pool Manager will support the Pool Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-guard swimming facility during the swim season. Responsibilities include maintenance, staff scheduling, event coordination, and client relations, ensuring the pool operates according to Douglas Aquatics' contractual obligations and maintains customer satisfaction.
