Arcadis is hiring a Project Controls Associate - Architectural to support global architectural project controls within a Centre of Excellence. The role prepares, analyzes, and reports capital management deliverables; supports stage-gate processes, procurement, P&L, risk, cost estimates, contracts, change orders, commercial gap analysis, and capital planning; and contributes to process standardization, quality assurance, and operational performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, 5 to 6 years of real estate cost management or quantity surveying experience, and experience with global organizations, COEs, or PMOs.
