Description
The Assistant Preconstruction Manager supports the FCC preconstruction team by managing assigned scopes, coordinating trade partners, developing accurate estimates, translating design intent into pricing clarity, and overseeing project teams from inception through turnover. The role also includes implementing preconstruction standards, mentoring team members, and leading project pursuits. It requires at least three years of preconstruction or related experience with a focus on team management, knowledge of Destini Estimator and Building Connected, and a preferred bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
