Zeta is hiring an Assistant Principal to support school leadership in Bronx, Upper Manhattan, or Queens schools. The role is fully on-site in New York City, reports to the Principal, and focuses on instructional leadership, teacher development, data-driven academic outcomes, school culture, and collaboration with staff, students, and families. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of Assistant Principal experience, and at least two years of classroom teaching experience. The starting salary is $105,000–$122,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits and other perks.
