Para Los Niños is hiring an Assistant Principal for its Los Angeles Charter Elementary School to support student achievement, academic culture, school climate, instructional systems, student supports, staff development, operations, compliance, and family and community engagement. The role reports to the Principal, collaborates with school leadership and PLN departments, and requires at least two years of school leadership experience, five years of teaching experience, a California teaching credential, a master’s degree, CPR and First Aid certification, and a valid Class C driver’s license. The position is a 12-month role with 230 workdays and pays $115,000–$145,000.
