Description
Södervärnskolan is hiring a school leader to join the school leadership team and help lead pedagogical development, department and administration development, and broader organizational development. The role includes leading the student health team for grades 4–6 and one or both special education groups, participating in the student health team for grades 7–9, overseeing the after-school program, contributing to budgeting and financial planning, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting scheduling and safety work. The position requires a compulsory-education teaching degree, authorization to teach at the middle-school and/or upper-secondary level, teaching and leadership experience, development experience, and knowledge of school governing documents.
