Para Los Niños is hiring an Assistant Principal to support student achievement, academic culture, school climate, instructional systems, student support, staff development, operations, compliance, and family and community engagement. The role partners with the Principal and school leadership team, oversees programs such as Special Education, Title I, MTSS, and attendance initiatives, and requires at least two years of school leadership experience, five years of teaching experience, a California teaching credential, a master’s degree, CPR and First Aid certification, and a valid Class C driver’s license. The position is a 12-month role with 230 workdays and pays $115,000–$145,000.
