Description
The Assistant Principal supports and implements a shared vision and campus-wide goals, develops strategic plans, oversees instructional quality and teacher evaluations, manages human capital and campus resources, and maintains professional relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community. The role requires a master's degree in education or a related field, a Texas principal or mid-management certificate, three years of classroom-teaching experience, and regular attendance at the campus-based worksite.
