KIPP Tulsa is hiring a full-time Assistant Principal to partner with the Principal and lead instructional, cultural, academic, operational, and family-engagement priorities across the school. The role involves coaching teachers, analyzing student data, supporting student achievement and behavior, building relationships with students, families, and staff, leading assigned schoolwide initiatives, and maintaining a visible, student-centered presence throughout the school. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, Oklahoma administrator certification or eligibility, and 3–5 years of educator experience with demonstrated leadership.
