KIPP Texas is seeking an Assistant Principal of Instruction to support school-wide academic and student culture goals as a member of the school leadership team. The role leads teacher development and coaching, implements standards-aligned curriculum and assessments, monitors student progress, supports teacher leaders, manages school culture and discipline systems, and collaborates with families and community stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, Texas teacher certification, two years of teaching experience, and one year of teacher-leader experience; it reports to the school site Monday through Friday and may involve travel to other campuses or regional offices.
