KIPP Texas is seeking an Assistant Principal of Operations to lead school-based operational systems, attendance and enrollment, safety and crisis management, budgeting, family communication, and campus maintenance. The role manages and develops a high-performing team, analyzes operational data, implements policies and procedures, and partners with school leaders and support teams. It requires 4–5 years of related work experience, at least 3 years in operations or education, people-management experience, and English-Spanish bilingual ability is preferred. The position reports to the school site Monday through Friday, with minimal travel and access to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, family leave, and other benefits.
