Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer supports semiconductor manufacturing operations during assigned shifts by monitoring process performance, troubleshooting deviations and equipment issues, conducting root-cause analysis, improving yield and productivity, and coordinating with production, quality, maintenance, and other teams. The role also prepares shift reports, supports process improvements and validation activities, and escalates critical issues. It requires manufacturing or process-engineering experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, shift-based production experience, knowledge of SPC and root-cause analysis, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
