Description
The role supports STMicroelectronics’ talent acquisition and onboarding project while also performing semiconductor manufacturing operations, including real-time equipment alarm and failure analysis, production-line troubleshooting, SPC monitoring, wafer dispositioning, chamber matching and cleaning, and operator training. It requires a diploma, 0–3 years of cleanroom wafer-fab experience, basic dry-etch knowledge, root-cause analytical thinking, DOE/SPC familiarity, data-analysis proficiency, strong Microsoft Office skills, and English proficiency. The position may require compressed or rotating day/night shifts.
