Description
The role supports stable, efficient, and high-quality semiconductor production by executing process experiments, monitoring performance, solving technical issues, and collaborating with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production. Responsibilities include process monitoring and control, support to Process Engineering, yield and quality improvement, defect reduction, operations and equipment support, continuous improvement, EHS compliance, training, and procedure execution. The position requires a higher diploma with relevant semiconductor experience, 3–5 years of semiconductor background, familiarity with SPC tools and MES systems, and willingness to work in a cleanroom, follow a night-shift pattern, and work overtime as needed.
