Description
The role manages cost-effective wafer-fabrication process procedures and provides operations support to production lines, owning operational issues and maintaining manufacturing quality, yield, cost, and equipment performance. Responsibilities include real-time problem analysis, OCAP and OCAP-based lot disposition, SWR/DOE/Trial R&D lots, engineering qualification and evaluation, measurement reporting, OOC/OOS troubleshooting, recipe alignment, process fine-tuning, corrective actions, TPM, and operator training. The posting requires a diploma, degree, or equivalent with an electronics, computer, technical, or mechanical background and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
