The role supports daily semiconductor manufacturing by analyzing and resolving production problems in real time, maintaining equipment and process flow, meeting production targets, providing cross-functional coverage, and sharing technical knowledge. It requires an engineering, science, or related technical degree, basic manufacturing and equipment knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts, standby duties, and overtime.
