Description
The Metrology Process Assistant Engineer supports semiconductor manufacturing measurement processes by creating product recipes for thickness, critical dimension, and profile; collaborating with production, process, and equipment teams to maintain tool uptime; ensuring timely lot disposition; performing tool calibration; and supporting engineering requests. The role requires a diploma, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and teamwork skills, and willingness to learn, with manufacturing metrology experience preferred.
