Description
ChampionX is hiring an Assistant Process Operator for its Sugar Land, Texas plant. The role performs chemical production and packaging operations, including operating pumps, valves, scales, transport equipment, and process computers; preparing and labeling containers; loading and unloading bulk materials; maintaining safe and compliant work areas; and supporting quality, inventory, safety, and production planning activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, physical ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, weekend and rotation availability, and English proficiency. A process technology degree, transportation experience, and forklift experience are preferred. The role may supervise Assistant Process Operators and Operators and requires immigration sponsorship to be unavailable.
