Dateline NBC is hiring a short-term Assistant Producer to produce and grow engaging digital content across social media and broadcast platforms. The role involves reviewing story submissions, monitoring comments, publishing content, managing metadata and digital archives, writing recap and series articles, interacting with followers during live episodes, and collaborating with sales, analytics, marketing, product, and press teams. The position requires at least one year of newsroom and reporting experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, video editing experience, and familiarity with WildMoka, Premiere, and MPX systems. It is a hybrid role requiring at least four days per week in the office and pays $26–$31 per hour.
