Shield AI is hiring a Product Owner to translate customer and operational needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for the Shoal 1 program. The role owns the epic backlog, manages dependencies across feature crews and shoals, supports operator-interface development, collaborates with vendors and engineering disciplines, and provides product guidance during agile ceremonies. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in product ownership or a related field, Jira and Confluence proficiency, hands-on operator-interface use, and U.S. DoD security clearance eligibility. It is a full-time regular employee role with pay, bonus, benefits, and equity.
